Chem 11 – Feb 27: Phase Changes & Making Observations Lab

Phase Changes – Phase change graph for pure substances

Temperature changes (add heat) causes a change in state, pressure affects what temperature is required to reach boiling point/melting point

Triple Point – Temp & pressure “sweet spot” where a substance cna exist in all three states
